PRIME RoundTable© Format:

A PRIME RoundTable© meets for 2 full days, 3 times a year. Members are committed to attending every session. This consistency builds formidable chemistry.

Since the focus is to improve the performance of each member’s business, the agenda for each session is determined by members’ needs.

Roundtable sessions are led by a coach who is a master facilitator. Our coaches were all highly successful C-level executives. Their role is to keep the pace moving, focus the conversation productively, and ensure that everyone gets heard. Coaches are also able to provide relevant concepts, methods and tools from inside and outside the industry at the teachable moment.
