Ian MacDougall – Founder and Managing Partner
Ian MacDougall founded Corporate LifeCycles in 1989
The mission of Corporate Lifecycles is to make organizational change more effective and to liberate the client from reliance on consultants as quickly as possible.
Prior to founding Corporate LifeCycles, Mr. MacDougall was President and Senior Associate of Adizes Associates, Inc in Los Angeles, California.
Ian MacDougall has consulted with government agencies as well as small, medium and large corporations worldwide in a diverse range of industries, including aerospace, defense, manufacturing, publishing, retail, high technology, financial services, telecommunications and higher education.

Clark Wigley – Managing Partner
Since 1985, Clark Wigley has helped Founders, Business Owners, and CEOs build or rebuild their organizations.
Mr. Wigley has first-hand knowledge of the trials and tribulations faced by both Founders and C-level executives, having started entrepreneurial ventures and been a senior executive in large organizations.
He is adept at helping young organizations and understands the unique challenges of family-owned businesses.
Clark has also been successful helping mature enterprises rejuvenate themselves, and has guided both private and public sector enterprises through the tricky waters of large-scale multi-year organizational transformation.
Mr. Wigley has worked in financial services, insurance, defense, direct marketing, web marketing, publishing, IT, hardware, software, manufacturing, professional services, real estate, construction, and telecommunications.
His clients include: American Fidelity Assurance, American Public Life, First Financial Group of America, U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Center, Trinity Industries, Loislaw, Barclays Law Publishers, Thomson Legal Publishing, Thomson Professional Publishing, Copyright Research Group, Thomson International Publishing Group, City of Los Angeles, Meyer Design, IBM, American Airlines, Westech Geophysical, Franklin Mint, and the Bank of America. Many of the concepts and tools Mr. Wigley employs evolved from his work with the Adizes Institute, a global management consultancy.
Mr. Wigley began his career as an airborne ranger combat engineer officer in the US Army Corps of Engineers. Much of his initial leadership training was gained in the jungles of Panama. Stephen Phipps – Managing Partner
Stephen Phipps is a globally experienced Chief Executive Officer with a successful history of P&L leadership of $300 million plus organizations.
Prior to his work with Corporate Lifecycles, Stephen was President and CEO of BOMI International, North America’s premier education and training organization within the property and facility management sector.
Stephen has led and consulted with various sized companies including Thomson Prometric, a division of Thomson Learning where he served as the CEO of the United Kingdom operation and Executive Chairman of the Japanese Joint Venture; EDMC of Pittsburgh and ETS of Princeton.
Previously Stephen served as Regional Director of DHL Worldwide Express, based in Brussels. Belgium, directing the Change Management/Restructuring efforts of this $2.8Bn corporation. Prior positions include Worldwide Head of Consulting for Sabre Decision Technologies based in Dallas, TX.
Mr. Phipps has also held C.E.O. and President level positions within division of the Swire Pacific/Cathay Pacific Group (Hong Kong and Frankfurt), Reed International Publishing (Asia/Pacific Region) and the Jardine, Matheson Group in Hong Kong, the People’s Republic of China and S.E. Asia.
Mr. Phipps is graduate of Birmingham University (England) School of Education, and makes his home in Annapolis, Maryland and Northern Michigan.
