Founder – Ian MacDougall

Ian MacDougall is the founder of Corporate LifeCycles Inc., a consulting firm specializing in large- scale organizational change. With decades of experience, Ian has advised government agencies and corporations of all sizes across a diverse range of industries, including aerospace, defense, manufacturing, publishing, retail, technology, financial services, telecommunications, and higher education.

Before establishing Corporate LifeCycles, Ian served as President and Senior Associate of the Adizes Institute in Santa Monica, California. Over his career, he has worked with renowned organizations such as Icelandair, Hunt Oil Company, Bank of America, Shell Oil, Charles Schwab & Co., Vodafone, IKEA, UCLA Graduate School of Business, and the National Power Company of Iceland.

Ian has delivered more than 1,300 presentations to C-level executives and entrepreneurs worldwide, sharing insights in countries like China, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Germany, Iceland, South Africa, Singapore, and Australia. As a Vistage resource since 1987, he has earned multiple accolades, including TEC Canada’s “Speaker of the Year” and Vistage’s “Lifetime Achievement Award.

Born in Scotland and educated in Scotland, England, and the United States, Ian now resides in Boca Raton, Florida. His mission through Corporate LifeCycles is to change the way management is practiced and taught—one organization at a time.
